“The property was at the address sent to us after booking. Property manager was there to greet us at the time I said we would arrive. This is a very cozy space and we felt like we were staying at the home of a beloved relative. We requested some accommodations and recommendations and Carmen was able to provide everything requested! “We really enjoyed our stay. Pedro was such a charming host and carried our very heavy bag up to the apartment. The location is perfect, the beds were comfortable, the temperature was nice and cool during some very hot days in Madrid, and there was plenty of space for us to enjoy family time. We did not mind the four flights of stairs, but we walk and hike regularly. It was also easy to catch a taxi out front. We really enjoyed looking down at all the action from the balcony. Thank you……
