"The apartment was clean and and very well furnished. If you are looking for a place that is not in the city center, this appartment is just perfect. Well located, next to a few metro station, just steps from all essential amenities and restaurants. Also very quiet at night even if it's close to a busy street."

"Great location! Place was clean and comfortable. We were here in heat of summer and ac was excellent! Walkable to many of Madrid’s sites we wanted to see. Had a great meal at La Terraza just around the corner for a great price! I would recommend this place for anyone wanting to see the heart of Madris"

I am a fan of Barcelo hotels but not of this one, i felt a little disappointed for the cost of the stay, but being in Madrid explained why is such this way. I uber most of the time and cost varies depending on time of the day but with a big increment for busy hours, the room was comfortable and quiet we had street view. Later in my stay i discovered that the metro stationPlaza Castilla, was in walking distance from there but I can’t say much because did not ride the it. There are few options...

As noted in other reviews this hotel is in a residential area which equates to a quiet and secure stay. Very attentive and helpful staff at all levels. We stayed here at the beginning of our stay and then again tens days later prior to leaving for a total of five nights. Both times were wonderful. The breakfast is expansive and complete. "Fresh" squeezed orange juice daily. Complimentary beer, wine, sandwiches, small salads, coffee and tea all day. An honor liqueur bar. Very clean and well...

We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights and absolutely loved it! Although it's located on a busy street, our room was very quiet thanks to the noise-cancelling windows and electric shutters. Both the room and bathroom were spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed, including shaving and dental kits, shower caps, and a variety of cute little bottles of toiletries. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the city. We’ll definitely...

Hotel and staff are nice. The only quirk is that it requires taking two separate elevators in different parts of the building to get to your room, but no huge deal. Staff and amenities are nice. Breakfast is amazing and definitely worth the added cost. My wife got pregnant here, so 10/10 recommended the bed.

Perfect hotel (we had the suite in room 203), best staff (40 Euro for late checkout until 8:30 pm at a 400 Euro per night suite; made reservations everywhere; always with a smile and very helpful); best location!!

First off. This was a spur of the moment booking as I didn't make my standby flight. I truly did not expect to find a low-priced last-minute hotel worth staying at.
However....
The free shuttle helped me save another $25 on uber.
The check-in was bilingual, friendly, and quick with no surprises.
The room was ready, clean and very modern yet comfy.
Shower Water flow was excellent and the walk-in with sprayer hose was easy to use.
Cool AC
Free coffee and Unlimited bottled water was a nice...

We had a family double room for 3 adult and it’s roomy and comfortable. Right on Gran Via so it’s so easy for shopping and dining. The hotel has a roof top bar which has a beautiful view of Madrid. It’s an excellent place to spend the evening with friends/family.
The breakfast is GREAT with very nice setting and excellent varieties. Very happy with our stay.

We only stayed 1 night but the room was clean and quiet (we had an inner room). Bed was super comfortable & AC worked great. The location was very convenient for walking around the plazas & close to tons of bars & restaurants. We would stay again!

FABULOUS stay-THE LEVEL 15th floor for a week, with personal attention customer satisfaction! The staff graciously accommodated a gluten allergy issue for not only breakfast but throughout the day providing for "sin gluten" tapas. We fell in love with breakfast and Miguel’s daily gluten free offerings. (he even assured a small snack would be safe when other enjoyed pastries!) He...
