Pleasant stay

I paid a bit more for a suite because I arrived early in the morning and nothing was ready yet.Overall it was a pleasant stay.My daughter and I were visiting family and stayed over the weekend at the Hotel.

No a good place to stay

There was a strong smell of old cigarettes in the room. It was even a non-smoking room. The staff did try to help by putting a plug in. There was no soap or body wash in the dispensers and there was a lot of noise outside while trying to sleep. My wife and I just wanted to get up and hit the road

Barebones establishment that gets the job done . Best suited for a single individual (dare I say male ) , but I would not recommend for a family. It’s in a sketchy pocket with sketchy individuals, but most everyone keeps to themselves . Parking is first come first serve and does have a light at night . The room itself was rather big and clean , but the actual fabric was stained from past use. There was also no daily housekeeping , breakfast, or walk-in lobby.

Picture on Expedia Advertising this Property is Not The close to How the building actually looks. Building is Super Old. Is A yellow building and NOT white and Blue. Bedrooms Need a Remodel. Today was 102°F. AC unit attached to Back wall does not Work how it Should work. Parking Lot is Very Dirty area Does Not look Safe. Great Customer Service. Only Issue is The Ugly & Dirty Building/ False advertising (main picture) HOPE THIS HELPS OTHERS TRAVELERS

Let me start by saying I booked a room here for two people. There was only one towel in the room and when I asked for another she looked at me like I was crazy! When I was checking in and the owners daughter gave me my key for the room she never said it was non smoking room. I figured no worries I don’t like to smoke in the room anyways so the rest of that day I would step outside to smoke in my car. At check out she refused to give me my$20 deposit because she said it smelled like smoke when I never once smoked in the room and she seen me all day smoking outside the room. She was rude and called me a dirty Mexican!!! Worst hotel ever

Where do I start? From the moment I arrived I noticed several unsavory characters loitering about in the parking lot. I watched a drug deal go down before I ever got my room key. I had already paid for 3 nights. When I asked the person at the desk if I could get a refund for at least the next 2 nights, I was told that I would have to contact Expedia since I booked through them. I contacted Expedia and explained to them that I feared for my safety. They said they would have to contact the motel to see about a refund. So here I am three days later as I write this review with no resolution. I had to stay in the dump for three days, fearful to even leave my room. The last night was the worst. Beating and banging and door slamming and glass breaking all night long. Plain and simply the worst experience I’ve ever had in all of my travels. The motel is located in not the best of neighborhoods. The room itself was barely acceptable. The electric outlets or one side of the bed did not work. The tiles surrounding the tub and the window in the bathroom were very dirty. The water pressure was terrible and you’ll hit your head on the shower head if you’re and more than 5 feet tall. The place is just old and really needs to be taken off of this site. Very unsatisfactory experience all around. Shame on Expedia for even recommending it.
