Staff was very friendly and helpful; (we were lost in the city of Hemet they helped us find our way). Rooms very clean and fresh smelling. This has been the most quiet hotel that we have stayed in.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Hampton. The lounge was real nice and comfortable, it made breakfast buffet relaxing. The room was clean and quite, just the way I like it. I also enjoyed the pool.

The staff was kind and helpful. The hotel itself was not well maintained. The elevator feels like it’s about to break and I’m 5’6”, 138 lbs so it’s not a weight limit issue. There was a hole from a burn on the carpet of my room. The worst part of all was the strong smell of dog urine in the morning. It was a strong, inescapable smell. The breakfast was great. For the price, I could’ve stayed somewhere that was nicer.
