The staff was nice. However, upon arrival after driving 5 1/2 hours we were originally told we were going to have to go to another hotel. Because there was a vacant room that was no longer vacant. Apparently that morning is when this was discovered. We didn't end up having to be the ones to move thankfully. However, even the thought of that was stressful. I would think that a call would be made prior to guests arriving to advise of the room situation. There were only a handful of cars in the parking lot so I'm not sure why there would be a room vacancy issue to begin with. Not really the best feeling that we were going to be moved and if weren't ok with that to "book somewhere else".
