Book Rockfield Bed & Breakfast

"We arrived and were told that the elevators were not working. We were asked what floor we wanted. We asked for the first floor and she said it was full. She gave us a room on the second floor. We got to the room and it was a handicapped room. The carpet was dirty at the edges, the only outlet in the bathroom was dead, the shower floor was slick while taking a shower, no bath wash and the rack holding the bottles were broke, the floor by the toilet has sprinkled white flecks on the floor by the toilet (possibly plaster dust, the shower chair did not look clean, part of the baseboard by the shower was missing, the desk employee was never at the desk (we had to wait and ring the bell), the carpet in the hall was stained or dirty with a white liquid, the hot tub was broke, we called for a blanket and when the front desk clerk brought the blanket she was winded and a bit aggravated that she had to bring a blanket up. Nothing special about the breakfast; same each morning. The hotel was not maintained properly. We are both in our 70’s and we would not go back to this hotel."

"Everything was wonderful"

"The room was clean but, they didnt do room service will we stayed. "Breakfast " it was just cereal, yogurt and they had a waffles maker. The rooms are ok but theres some furniture that needs to be refurbished. Overall if you go like we did just to sleep for two days its ok."

"We made arrangements to stay at this place mid way on our trip. The advertisement makes it seem like its a hotel, it is not. It is a place ppl rent out while working etc. We were sports, so we checked in, got to the room: AWFUL! Room was dirty, the bed even had wads of hair on the sheets. Please if you're just looking for an over night stay rethink staying here. We were refunded on the room and secured other lodging for the night 🌙"

"Staff were very friendly, hotel had a clean smell when walking in and throughout. Room was clean, comfortable, and had a good amount of counter space in the bathroom. Breakfast was good. No complaints, was a great stay."

"Clean rooms, everything worked. Great breakfast. Outstanding staff - had a problem with my booking and they solved it right away. Will definitely stay there again. Safe area and close to dining and interstate, and shopping."

"everything on the breakfast buffet looked fresh. However we didn't eat it. It did look good. The room was clean the bed was comfortable , The staff was pleasant . Parking was easy to get in and out. Location was wonderful. Easy to get around. The property was well taken care of."

"The sofa bed was broken, but replaced quickly. Still, it was an extremely uncomfortable pull out trundle design that kept spreading apart during the night. Everything else was okay - just more run down that I expected for the price."
