This place is adorable. The bed was very comfortable. Our only complaint is that we couldn’t get the heater to work and when we messaged the staff, as directed, we got no response. Also the walls are very thin and we couldn’t hear a tv or people talking all night.

Love Addison Choate! The location is fantastic — you can easily walk into town for shops, restaurants, and even to the beaches. We stayed in The Crow’s Nest, which was a lovely hideaway on the top floor. It felt incredibly private and secluded, almost like we had our own little retreat. There's a cozy sitting area with a couch, chair, TV and small fridge, along with a dresser and two small closets, which made it easy to settle in and feel at home. And the bed and pillows…so comfortable! We slept so well. Addison Choate is such a special place and has quickly become one of our favorite get aways. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

I had an amazing stay here! The property is lovely and it was so peaceful to have coffee on the front porch in the morning. The room was so clean, spacious and peaceful - and the staff is so friendly and accommodating and super quick in responding to any requests. I can't wait to stay here again!

We booked this on a complete last minute 4th of July whim and could not have been happier with our stay. Beautiful carriage house with full kitchen and enough room for my husband and I to have our own spaces when needed. Classy decor and hvac worked efficiently on unexpected 100 degree days. Can’t wait to go back. I also highly recommend Rockport as a fun, quintessential New England coastal town - especially on July 4th. I strongly recommend the Addison Choate!
