“Very quiet experience and unique property. Very quiet and beautiful surroundings. Nice amenities!!”

“I am not the type of person that would ever write a bad review I am a non confrontational person and I do have a problem with speaking while having an issue. Especially since the host lives right next door. My stay was only 2 nights for a big DC event, so After finding roaches in this cabin the last day/ night I was there. I tried to stay away as much as possible. I requested a partial refund through vrbo the second I got home, and because I had already checked out I was denied, but was told it……

“We didn’t stay. We when arrived, instead of a room in the guest house, we were expected to stay in a tentlike structure. In addition, the bathroom facilities were outdoor showers and commodes that required a climb up a set of stairs. Luckily we were able to secure a room at another facility. The owner supposedly requested a refund for me but I haven’t heard whether this has been approved.”
