“Giulio was responsive to every question. Very attentive. This is like an air bnb situation but Italy style. Older building but it does have a tiny elevator which is helpful to get to the 5th floor. We had two carry on type pieces of luggage that fit together with us inside. You do have to walk up one flight of stairs. Basic room with a small safe but everything was clean. “Liked that it was close to colosseum and other attractions we were able to walk to. The room was attractive, clean and quiet, beds were comfortable. AC worked great. Liked that it had a small lounge at entry with coffee machine. The elevator didnt always work, but it worked when we had luggage,haha. Showers were great also. Our host Francesco was kind, informative, and helpful. We had a wonderful stay.”

“Room was beautiful and clean with a fridge and water/coffee provided. Room looked to have been recently renovated, bed was very comfortable and we thought a steal for the price. We had booked the apartments on bocca di leone but were placed in a room in the apartments round the corner where reception is on via della Croce it’s only 2 min walk difference. Area is ideal 5 mins from Spanish steps there are shops restaurants and a supermarket on the street which is handy. Only issue we had was the……
