"We had such a wonderful experience at the Santa Barbara Inn! One of the things we loved most was the personal touch—they texted us before our arrival and throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect. The service felt so thoughtful and attentive. The location couldn’t be better—it’s just steps from the beach, and the beach-view suites are absolutely gorgeous. Waking up to that view made our trip extra special. We can’t wait to come back!

"We selected the Sandpiper based on reviews, location to the airport & price. Check-in was easy and there was someone there to take our keys when we checked out at 3:30 am! The room was clean & comfortable. The mattress was comfortable. Appreciated the small round table with two chairs and the upholstered chair to relax. TV was easy to use. Liked being able to park right in front of our downstairs room to unload & load our suitcases. Felt safe. Is conveniently located to multiple restaurants (we ate at Harry’s Plaza Cafe) and a shopping mall with Chaucer’s Book Store and a grocery store. Three other perks are a pool, an elevator and included breakfast.
If we need another Santa Barbara hotel, we would definitely stay here again.

"Great property! It’s at the very heart of downtown Santa Barbara. My room was facing the street, so it was a bit noisy as it was a Friday night and SB is a college town. But the property itself is great and has many amenities!"
