Just ok, customer service could be better

During our stay we had numerous issues, the water pressure in the shower was so horrible that you could barely shower, during our stay they painted all the doors of the rooms on our floor so our room smelt like chemicals. We did not know that they would be painting the doors on a Saturday, and I heard noise coming from outside the room and noticed someone painting the door otherwise typically I hold the door open with my body which would have resulted in fresh paint all over my suit since we were there for a wedding. Also be ready to be woken up early at 8am by screaming workers in the hallway every morning. I complained of this and nothing was ever fixed. I asked to speak to a manager and they said none was on duty. Also on our first day we found a roach hanging out by the ice machine. Other than that the room was clean, and everything else was fine. Just wish they would have handled the situation better. We had a do not disturb sign up in which was taken off during the painting of the door and never put back on. I tried to relax but had several workers knock on my door during that time. Just wish we could have enjoyed it more for what we paid for.

Cafe staff horrible

Overall the hotel and staff were excellent and I enjoyed my stay. The glaring exception was the wait staff. The food was tasty and nicely presented but the servers never returned to the table to check on us. We had to go to the kitchen or bar to get seated and get the check. Such a shame.

Rude staff and management

Staff rude and difficult. They did everything they could to frustrate guests. I met many people there who had issues with their bill and unclear charges. Most were consistently hung up on when they called front desk and got no help when they went to front desk in person. It was an awful stay a di would not recommend this hotel to anyone!! It makes me never want to stay at a Hilton hotel again!!
