“Our room was above their nightclub…had I known that this was the location of the room I would have cancelled and demanded a refund. We had no sleep (with an 8 year old who played hockey at 8am each morning)..because the Nightclub was booming music. “I booked this hotel for a spring break staycation with my boys. We chose this hotel specifically for the pool. When we checked in, we were informed the pool was closed for maintenance. The hot tub was unavailable as well. This was incredibly disappointing!! “2nd time staying , perfect spot to rest for a night in between wine tasting along Narramata bench , also ideal as it’s at the end of the road cycle across KVR trail from Myra Canyon. After a long cycle , it was wonderful to be greeted with such friendliness and enjoy some tasty bites with a wine taste which was included with our stay . Rooms very comfy , and a nice big bath to unwind ”
