“Hot tub didn't seem clean, wasn't very hot, and was up behind the family's house, awkwardly close. Pool wasn't open, the shower didn't work one morning and the ladder to the bedroom loft was missing when we arrived. There weren't enough warm blankets for 3 people. The property and surrounding neighborhood are full of junked cars, and junk. There are a couple of rented trailers and run-down buses around the tiny house. The place smelled very strongly of toxic chemicals when we arrived. It is……

“Fantastic setting, great accommodations, including comfy bed, and kitchenette, able to make my breakfast and lunch perfectly. I could sit on the porch and look at the trees and I even saw deer walking by. It was only a few blocks to the main part of Grass Valley, but felt very rural. When I needed batteries for the remote control for the TV they were delivered quickly. I will definitely come back.”

“First, I booked via Expedia. I read an email from the hotel forwarded from Expedia but I failed to see there was an attachment. My bad. We arrived at the hotel around 5 pm. Everything was locked up. I called the hotel and was advised to use the keypad to open the building and again, once inside, to open our room. There was no staff on the premise. We thought we might be the only guests in the hotel but later bumped into a family staying on the floor above us. If I had opened the email……
