Our Tyrol room was excellent - comfortable, spacious and quiet. Nice wood-burning fireplace, balcony overlooking hills, and jetted bathtub. And outside activities such as hiking trails. We had 2 small issues: (1) Internet was weak enough that we couldn’t stream our tv shows. (2) Restaurants: the dining room and Lounge in the hotel had slow service - for example after waiting 15+ min I had to ask - not once but twice - for water refill, and for the sodas we had ordered that never came. And the Kaffeehaus down the road always had a full parking lot and a long line. Since the hotel is isolated, good restaurants are important.
