"Very clean modern room"

"Make no mistake...this is bare bones, budget accommodation. The room is spartan and decor is dated. That said, the room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful."

"The staff was kind and supportive, which I truly appreciated. However, the booking experience was misleading. The hotel appeared to be fully booked with only a few king-size rooms available, which led me to assume that most of my event group was staying there. In reality, it seems certain areas of the hotel were unavailable due to repairs—not that the hotel was actually near capacity. I also chose this hotel over our company-provided lodging specifically because it advertised having a usable available indoor swimming pool. I paid more for that reason. Unfortunately, when I arrived and got the kids ready to swim, I was told the hotel no longer has an indoor pool. This was very disappointing. The website and listing need to be updated to reflect accurate amenities. This kind of misinformation impacts decision-making and guest expectations. Expedia provided only a partial refund ($50 in rewards), which did not fully make up for the inconvenience."

"We call it the discomfort inn. Never again. I couldn’t book the two places we frequent so we chose here and it’s a no in so many ways. I am now in Savannah for the same price with hotel.com in a beautiful hotel.. Clean your windows, put in room thermostats, add a ceiling fan for air circulation and update your rooms . It’s old and not kept. Sorry but it’s truth."

"Love staying here. My only complaint is that the room floor has not always been thoroughly cleaned/mopped. Not visibly dirty but my socks show evidence of the floor not being totally clean. We stay here 2-4 times per year. Breakfast is good and staff are always very nice. Love that they allow pets even if there is a fee. "
