This property was such a mix! The breakfast was amazing and had options that I could have on my special diet. The room was clean when we arrived, though the place is somewhat dated. My big beef was that it appeared that no one vacuumed all week -- the same trash that was on the floors in the halls stayed there the whole time, even though I requested the staff to vacuum. We had to ask several times for toilet paper and finally went to the front desk to get a roll. There was no cleanup at all of our room either, though we did not put the magnet on the door that asked for "no" service. It appears to me that there is not enough cleaning staff. One morning, after the main dining area had cleared out (I was the only one in there), a girl vacuumed about a 10 foot area and then left, leaving trash all over the floor. I've never seen floors so dirty in any hotel we've stayed in.

Helpful courteous staff, spacious 2 bedroom rental. Beautiful view of the city. Would definitely stay here again. Very convenient location. Easy walking to shops, restaurants, attractions, and the river. Close driving distance to great hiking and attractions. Restaurant on site has affordable food & drink options, including the cafe. Only downside was the metal framed bunkbed. It moves & squeaks at the slightest movement. We opted for the large bean bag & couch as better options after the 1st night so if I stay here again I would choose regular beds and share them over the bunkbed option. It's suitable for very small children at best. Note that parking is pay only, but if you go through the hotel & use the Citipark deck you can get a QR Code pass to exit & reenter to reduce overall parking costs.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious.
