"First time visiting Dusseldorf and as ever you learn as you go. The welcome at the hotel was perfect. Very warm and caring. The room was great, large and extremely comfortable. Lovely lounge seating area, desk and huge bed. The shower was very high pressure and did the trick after long walks around Dusseldorf. Keep in mind this hotel, although quiet and in a very safe feeling area, is not in Dusseldorf centre. The handy 709 tram which was cheap and around a 5min walk from the hotel was how I got...

"The staff is friendly. The location is just around the harbour and easy walking distance to promenade and Rhine tower. I would have liked more if the lounge view sky restaurant also had a restaurant section overlooking the harbour/ river. Unfortunately the restaurant section only has city view, so if you wanted to enjoy an evening with harbour view then you would have to opt for drinking options as that section is different than the restaurant section."

"Really lovely people and a good breakfast but the hotel could do with some love. The iron leaked, the Wifi was slow, the TV signal was weak and the shower didn't drain very well. Having said that its a good location with nice bars and restaurants nearby"
