“The check in process was very frustrating. I booked through Expedia and wasn’t able to access my reservations through their online booking portal. A lodge TV at gas rooms dates in the 70s should probably have staff to check in if they can’t keep up with the technology”

“Eggs were processed even the hard boiled ones seemed fake. Potatoes were good. Non smoking room had residual smell after the cleaning products wore off. Between the headache and sore throat then the slamming exit door (no soft close)next to our room made for a sleepless night. Definitely not a $200 experience. It was clean and nicely decorated, I just wish my sleep was better.”
