“The property was outdated, the staff were not helpful, rude. The restaurant onsite ( Spencers) messed up our order for what was supposed to be a birthday dinner. The manager was rude! Will never stay there again!”

“Overall, the hotel's environment and facilities and staff are good, but two things make me uneasy. Firstly, the bed is wrinkled, which gives the impression that someone has slept on it before, although the quilt looks new. Secondly, the bottom of the swimming pool appears dirty, making it impossible to determine whether the water is clean or dirty.”

“Well this is the third time I stayed at this lodge. I can’t lie,I like the location ( very close to the bike trails, the village and 10 minutes drive to Dillon/Silverthorne ) ,the price ,very affordable, the room, decent and the parking, motel stile ,just in front of my room . So, it’s not the hotel that sucks but the employees that runs it . I had to wait 1 hour the first day I got here even though it clearly says (Front desk open 8 to 12 and 1500 to 11) . The person showed up at 1645 without……
