"Incredible location - right next to the sea, round the corner from the train station, Sainsburys, and town centre. There's a playground opposite for kids of all ages. Reasonable price which includes either a continental or full English breakfast. Lovely friendly staff. Warm throughout, including the bedroom. Comfortable beds and duvets. Only check in is a bit stressful because they send you the details a few hours before you arrive but it was no problem in the end. I would stay here again."

After climbing a very narrow winding staircase to our apartment - some 40 or so steps - it was disappointing to find that the rooms were very cold as no heating had been switched on in anticipation of our arrival. After switching on the underfloor heating it did begin to warm up, but to add to the frustration this did not appear to work in the main bedroom or the ‘en suite’. "My friend and i have just returned from a two nights trip we stay in room 4 which is a twin room on the second floor. The room was very clean and well maintained. We received a email from bill the owner the night before about gaining access to the property and the code .my friend and o had a lovely stay the property is in a great location right next to st marys church and the centre of town. We would definitely stay at this property again . When next in Whitby xx"

"We stayed for two nights in the Marrakesh suite and loved it. A huge comfy bed, air conditioning, mini fridge, lots of storage and a large TV. Upstairs is a large jacuzzi bathroom complete with bathrobes and slippers. The host, Debbie was fantastic, she always seemed to be on duty and was very helpful. Breakfast was very good with a huge selection and could be taken in the dining room or in your suite."
