“We can’t say enough about how friendly & personable Michael was. Also, the young man who was in charge of the breakfast was every so helpful & kept the food extremely hot & fresh! He even brought us cold waters to go! I have no clue how this hotel has only an 8.2 as it deserves a 10+ in our book. In fact, we just booked for our return trip!”

“Do not recommend. Three strikes and we left for a different option. Strike one: room somewhat dirty and smelled funny Strike two: Remote didn’t work with TV Strike three: An hour after we arrived and were settling in we discovered that the water had just been turned off due to a plumbing problem and “hopefully” would be back on by the next day. Nope, we’re out, packed up and went elsewhere. The only good thing I have to say is that Carrie the counter person was understanding and apologetic.”

“The front desk canceled my reservation because I checked in late, although the room was already paid in full thru Expedia. The hotel required me to had to pay them directly to keep the room and ask Expedia for a refund. I contacted Expedia but was told it would need to be escalated to another department and I would hear back soon.”
