“Wunderschönes Hotel und Aussicht. Leider wurden unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Im Bereich Service und auch Allgemein was die Unterkunft zu bieten hat, fehlte einfach das Engagement. Kritik auf hohem Niveau, aber bei den Preisen dann jedoch angemessen ”

“Es war alles super. Der Chef des Hotels war sehr freundlich und bemüht ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt obwohl ich alleine unterwegs war. Das essen am Abend und auch das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Die Anreise ohne Allradantrieb ist etwas spannend aber es zahlt sich auf jeden Fall aus 😄”

“Wir haben uns leider vor Ort den Magen verdorben und unseren Urlaub daher auf dem Zimmer oder besser gesagt im Badezimmer verbracht. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön. Leider gab es seitens des Hotels keinerlei Entgegenkommen bzgl. unserer Situation, was wir angesichts des Preises sehr schade fanden. Daher leider insgesamt keine schöne Urlaubserfahrung für uns :/”

“We had a wonderful stay here for 6 days. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. Honesty bar and free coffee machines in the lounge area. Room was immaculately clean, modern and had everything we needed. Location was quiet and an 8 mins walk to cityxpress lift. Friendly staff. Small pool and lovely sauna. Great value for money. ”

“Yes the stay was good. Central location. Only issue was that the is no front desk staff and email with check in code did not arrive in time. Amazon does not have a good setup with the small local places. Communication is usually not great. Thanks!”

“這次入住的是含有2間雙人房和兩間浴室及有廚房的房型，入住時意外被升等，到頂樓，戶外極大的平台可以欣賞湖景山景和教堂，非常美麗。離郵局公車站和火車站都很近，非常方便，提供的夏季卡讓我們到處暢遊，搭纜車和遊湖都很棒！”

“Literally the hosts had their family staying with them so it felt like staying with family which I really enjoyed. They have a beautiful facility on a hillside with a great view of the valley and were very accommodating for us and our baby. bed was surprisingly comfortable. They gave great recommendations for food in the area. We just stayed one night on the way to the Dolomites and wanted to go to the Tauren SPA but jet lag and getting sick changed those plans so it was just an overnight stay……

“Es war alles top. Personal war sehr freundlich wir hatten genug Platz für uns als Familie mit 6 Personen. Die Ferienwohnung war top, sauber, genug Handtücher, tolle Betten. Pool und Sauna möglich. Wir kommen wieder. ”

“The apartment was very clean and large. With up to 6 personer being able to stay there. Two bathrooms was excellent. With a trampoline and a pool just outside made a large positive difference for the youngest kids. The pool was maintained daily and nicely clean. Also very convenient to have a pizzaria/restaurant right below the apartment. Very nice staff. Considering the price, I highly recommend this place. ”
