I had coordinated for a transport from the airport but was told once I arrived that they could not accommodate us. We had to get a taxi that dropped us over half a mile from the hotel. My wife was not happy as we had to walk down a dark street with all of our luggage. The next day my daughter had come to visit and she was going to change in our room to go on a snorkeling trip. The front desk made a big deal about not allowing guests even though I offered to pay extra. The manager finally agreed to allow her to come to the room but made it clear that she couldn't eat or drink anything. I wouldn't stay here again as there are plenty of other options in the areal.

The rooms are amazing. Spacious and clean, the cleaning staff are tremendous. Also, the chefs from the grill, especially Hani- they are world class! Most of the staff is excellent. However, the front desk seem very inexperienced and untrained. They are always confused and overwhelmed. The bartenders are so good!

We enjoyed our stay at Stella Di Mare! First, we arrived super early and they were able to make the rooms ready for us. Also, they have variety of food and dessert every day is definitely different. They have ice cream station which is really cool. The staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable about the services. They let us stay for lunch the last day because our plane is scheduled for late afternoon. I thought that it was thoughtful of them to let us stay more ours with our bracelets and enjoy our lunch without extra pay. The water is phenomenal, it is clear, warm, and you can enjoy snorkeling even if you don’t know how to swim. They gave me life jacket. There is a life guard who is always paying attention and there to help. They have a different problem with dancers and singers every night. It was a great experience and I really enjoyed my stay with my family.
