Dont drink the water in the rooms!!!

This was an amazing resort! I would definitely go back again. Options for food were terrific. Staff were super helpful and friendly.

This resort was wonderful. There were a few bumps that could be improved. The showers are outdated. The bed was uncomfortable and our rooms ac was pointed directly at the bed so we were freezing. Called for blankets that never came. The dinner reservation situation is a nightmare. We could only get reservations for two of the four nights. And one of the nights was super late like 9pm. The buffet was hard to find a table at times. It feels like the resort was built for less people than they actually allow. This resort doesn’t offer room service. There is no signage anywhere we were put in a far room and we spent the first day wandering. There’s not even signs pointing to the beach. The beach chair situation is also frustrating as most chairs are reserved for hours with people’s towels. There’s a large amount of room on the beach they could put more chairs. All three Divi resorts share the beach area as only the Divi is beach front. The service was hit or miss some people were great and others seemed annoyed to be working. Overall it was a great experience. The beach was beautiful we loved the pizza and hot dogs on the beach and how easy it was to get around. There are many scooters in front of the resort and that’s how we got around mostly. The resort feels very safe and there were many large families staying here. A lot of people were snorkeling on the beach and saw stingrays and crabs it’s a great beach for snorkeling. It’s a wonderful location and Aruba is beautiful!

Room and bed were great but no coffee maker or microwave. Nespresso machine and small cups inadequate. Shuttle service slow or not there mostly. My opinion is spend a little more at a major chain and get much better food and service
