Very bare. The fridge was unplugged, the window was wide open. The bathroom door was all scuffed up. The floor in the bathroom had paint spots all over it. There were no towels at all in the room. I had to go to the front desk to ask for them. When they brought them to me, they smelled. It was so close to the street, the walls were paper thin and I had to run the heater and tv all night to try and drown out the road noise. The staff is rude and very unprofessional!! Me and my friend booked a room for the night, we checked in changed our clothes and caught a lyft to the casino, we were only at the motel no more than an hour, upon arriving back to the room 20 minutes before checkout time, we noticed the door to our room cracked. While we were gone someone entered our room and took my purse I had left sitting right on the bed and a few other items were also taken. When we notified the manager he became very agitated and started screaming at us and said we didn't close our door all the way so it's our fault. The cops were called and basically they told us this is a common occurrence with this motel and also with several other motels in the immediate area and they could not do anything about it because it's a civil matter. The office was the size of a broom closet and felt like a dmv kiosk. The room itself smelled terrible. Like year old rotting weed. The bathroom smelled worse!! The bed was terribly small. Idek what size it was but it was barely a full size if at all for 2 guests. The lights were terrible; barley working. I couldn’t fathom the thought of sitting on the bed let alone spending the night! There were people there chilling in their beds with the doors wide open and pile of beer cans on the floor like that was normal. Me and my partner are from run down cities and can and have dealt with run down places, we can just though it out. But we checked out no more than 3 minutes later after seeing that room!
