“Rooms/suites require upgrading. Bedding is worn out with holes! Our sheet was changed once only at our request! Large balcony, although generous was not swept or washed in the 2 weeks we were there. Communal areas are well maintained, however toilet facilities need upgrading and more frequently cleaned. Staff were always polite and helpful. Large general restaurants also require upgrading, however the à la carte restaurants were very good and offered something for every palate. ”

“The day of late arrived in Hurghada and late check-in the hotel, but the recepetion cannot find out the booking reference number from Hotels.com, and my mom and me were exhausted at lobby for around 1 hours waiting. After the long time of waiting, reception still cannnot track my booking data, but finally accepted me to live. However, I cannot believe the room do not equipped hot water shower , my mom travelled for 24 hours from the long distanced of Taiwan, and the frist nightof stay cannot……
