“Shockingly poor resort for a global brand like Movenpick. Customer service is generally appalling (few exceptions), very few staff speak even a basic level of English, quality of food is average at best, rooms are incredibly dated, all inclusive drinks are of very low quality”

“The day of late arrived in Hurghada and late check-in the hotel, but the recepetion cannot find out the booking reference number from Hotels.com, and my mom and me were exhausted at lobby for around 1 hours waiting. After the long time of waiting, reception still cannnot track my booking data, but finally accepted me to live. However, I cannot believe the room do not equipped hot water shower , my mom travelled for 24 hours from the long distanced of Taiwan, and the frist nightof stay cannot……
