“A few minor issues when checking in to get an acceptable room but the 3rd was good. Staff was helpful and apologetic. After that all was good! Breakfast was ok. Would be better if there were non-dairy milk alternatives available and more gluten free options. ”

“Staff was great. Place was clean. Problem was my room. Door had an inch gap in it toward the bottom. Very low water pressure, tub would not drain, no shampoo, conditioner or body wash. All bottles were completely empty. Shower head came off while showering. Toilet wouldn’t flush. I really feel it that our room was not ready to have us. So many things wrong. ”

“The pool was closed and that was the main reason that we went. The heating system wasn’t working, so the pool was freezing cold I brought my son and he was very excited to be able to go swimming unfortunately we were not and that was a big amenity that we came for we both we wanted to cancel our reservation because we couldn’t even enjoy the pool. He was in tears. The room was clean ”
