“Hot water was not working. Advised staff who sent someone to fix it. We were told we'd have hot water in 15 minute, it took 40 minutes for even a Luke warm shower. By this time the water pressure with the warm water was a trickle. Advised staff about this and the fact the shower was dirty with used washclothes from previous tenant. No credit or sincere apologies were made. Very disappointed.”
