“This is a new family-owned property and they are really kind and wonderful people. Very well situated, nice restaurants right across the main street (the location is slightly down a quaint alley past a small temple), and you can walk to Dasaswamadh Ghat in 5 minutes. The only reason I gave only 4 stars for the property is that all rooms are located on the first floor adjacent to the check-in desk so it can get a little bit noisy at times. Simple rooms, very clean, excellent climate control. And……

“The staff was incredibly helpful when fog canceled our flight. The room was nice and they provided a space heater when we were cold. It was well located. Walking in Varanasi is difficult because of the chaotic traffic conditions but the walking distance to major sites was short if you can manage dodging the vehicles of all kinds, cows and dogs etc. ”
