“Although the property was descent, however the property didn't alloted room as per my booking which tantamounts to breach in trust.”

“This hotel is geared towards local clients. Our room was excecutive but shower was not working. Bucket was provided for shower. No hot water. No toilet paper. Had to ask repeatedly, told will bring it up but that didn't happen. Hallway, outside our room stray cat's feces not cleaned. Carpet dirty with food stains. TV only played Hindi advertisements for news etc. Restaurant on premise served great food.Breakfast was included but limited choices. No buffet. Order to make. Just omelet and toast.……

The location is also convenient with the hotel being on the main road, it was easy to get cabs, autos and rickshaws to get around. ”
