“This Vrbo was alright, but didn't feel like a great value for the price. The location was relatively convenient in terms of driving in and out of the city, and there were a good amount of stores and coffeeshops in the neighborhood, as well as street and garage parking. For better or worse, the street also has a LOT of bars & nightlife, which meant the external-facing bedroom was very noisy at night. “Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast.
But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not????
Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one……
