“The apartment was very nice , modern, and spacious. Our main issue was the location, which explains the 3 star rating. The immediate neighborhood was sketchy, and the apartment was directly across the street from a safe injection site with about 8-10 drug addicts hanging out on the street at all hours. (We could not hear them in our room, and they did not pay any attention to us.). Moreover, the apartment was about a solid 30 minute walk from any site that a visitor to Quebec City would be……

“Overall, I had a good stay! I really appreciated how flexible the host was with my check-in time, and the loft was very clean when I arrived. The kitchen was also well equipped with most of the tools you’d need if you wanted to cook during your stay. The location was convenient too — it’s close to a bus stop, a supermarket, and Rue Saint-Jean, which is a really nice area to walk around with lots of shops, cafés and restaurants. A couple of small things to note: the bathroom only had a 2-in-1……

“Liked the location. However there is no closet in the bedrooms and the room is too small or the beds too big. There was barely room to put the luggage.”

“Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast. But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not???? Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one……

“The unit was located on the top floor and the stairs are extremely steep. So don’t bring a large suitcase. Location is excellent.parking was arranged by host for an additional cost.”

“Very clean and tidy place. Introducing every utensil and Quebec in a booklet. Just located in the station. Quiet at night . Would pick this again if travel Quebec again.”
