OUR HOME This beachy home is conveniently situated on the ground level (no stairs!), with easy access to/from a swim friendly bay & a stretch of white sandy beach. The sun filled living room features beautiful wood floors, sofa bed sectional, ceiling fan, mounted SMART TV & gorgeous La Cantina sliding glass doors that lead to your very own expansive patio complete with outdoor lounge & dining seating + shade umbrella + BBQ.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with white cabinetry, modern white quartz counters, & stainless steel appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining nook with built in bench seating. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight. • NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed. • COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing.
