I expected a room with two beds instead was placed in a room with a hide a bed and a cot that my grandson could not sleep on as the springs kept poking him. The smell in the room was horrible and the furniture drawers were broken. For $250 dollars a night I expected a nicer more welcoming hotel.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed; it was so bad we checked out a day early. There were stains on the lamp shades, mold in the bathroom, urine smell permeating from the carpet, and sheets and towels rough and dingy. There was loud fighting from other hotel patrons throughout the night. Sirens throughout the day and night going by. I can't believe Expedia has this hotel as one of the choices.

We’ve stayed there before several times. Each time the property seems to get less and less upkeep and maintenance. I think the owners should be prepared to put substantial money into improvements and renovation.

It was dirty and unclean around the toilet and bathtub, felt very low effort. Beds were fine but i’m confused as to why one bed had a soft towel and one had a very scratchy one. It was fitting i guess for the price.

This property was a big disappointment. The room was dark and gloomy, the tv only worked part of the time and only had maybe 6 channels to choose from when I called about the TV they were not helpful. The elevator was not working so we had to have a room stuck way back in the hallway. The bed was uncomfortable they had parking and WIFI so that was in their favor. The pool was heated and clean. Other than that I would spend your money elsewhere it was just a big NO don’t book this place

Washers and dryers were noisy and were on throughout the stay and bathroom door was somewhat difficult to open and close.our room was adjacent to the laundry room. Other then that we had an outstanding stay and would come back again 😀. The hospitality of the staff was also excellent 👌. Thank You for a very enjoyable stay.

Pros: Adequate simple continental breakfast, swimming pool, nice front desk, clean room, surrounding area seemed safe, staff nice, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, Wi-Fi, TV Cons: plumbing issues with water continually loudly running in tank of toilet, sprays of water under the sink, and rumbling loud noises from shower as you turned to hot so you had to back off hot. The carpet was damp, possibly from the spraying under the sink when you used faucet

Our hotel room had a rotten moldy tomato on the floor. We told the office, they did not send anyone to clean. Microwave did not work, phone did not work, the blow dryer also did not work. And it stank in there. Overall bad experience with cleanliness.

Staff was very nice and room was very clean. Unfortunately room smelled of mold and was unable to switch room because they were completely booked. I sprayed the room with perfume and that helped for about an hour. At about 3am I just couldn't take it anymore so we left. I definitely won't ever stay here again.
