Remodeled in 2020, Mission Beach Breeze is a 607 sq. ft. 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom bottom unit condo. Oceanfront property with unobstructed panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. Elevated, large private deck with patio furniture right on the Mission Beach boardwalk. Perfect for watching the waves. Fully stocked kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, private stacked washer/dryer in hallway, quartz countertops, LVP flooring, tile shower/tub combo, new furniture throughout, master queen bed, second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on top, smart tv's in all rooms, xbox, high speed internet, Spectrum TV, Apple TV, gas barbecue, private one car garage (Dimensions: 17' long, 7' feet wide, 6'8" high). Outdoor shower in common area and private spigot on porch to wash sandy feet.
Centrally located to many attractions. Short 5 minute walk to Belmont Park, known for its famous 1920's The Giant Dipper Roller Coaster and The Plunge, a historic pool featuring glass walls for ocean views. Lots of restaurants and cafes within walking distance to choose from. Beach rentals such as bikes, surfboards, boogie boards.

Incredible property, can’t wait to go back! All the oceanfront condos have “location”, but this unit is well cared for with great amenities! Things light lights, stove, washer and dryer, tv, internet….all those things were perfect. You can stay at the beach all day because of how close you are. Meals, snacks, beverage breaks, naps are all within short reach from the beach to the condo! Pictured below, snacks in the foreground, our beach set up in the background. You’re that close! Incredible!

Perfect View!

Very cute, nicely decorated and clean. It was perfect for our family. Loved the private deck with plenty of options for seating and enjoyed grilling while still enjoying the ocean breeze and views!

Awesome Beachfront Property

This place is directly on Mission Beach walk and steps to the ocean. Great sunset views and close walk to many restaurants and activities. Host was very communicative and pleasant. Parking can be tough in this area. Rent a small car to fit in the garage or take advantage of the first come parking on site.

Spring Break

The property location is priceless. Literally steps to the beach and hours of people and ocean watching. Also great proximity to Belmont Park and a playground. A short walk across Mission Blvd to get to the bayside where it can be warmer and less wind. The property is set up to easily accommodate cooking. The bbq set up was great and we used it almost nightly. Bike rentals are nearby. If you rent a car, be aware of the limited garage space and overflow parking. Pacific beach is about a mile and a quarter away to get to the pier.

Beautiful Location!!

We had a great stay on Mission beach and the location of the condo can not be beat! We had everything we needed at the condo. Lots of supplies in the kitchen as well as beach necessities in the garage. Communication was top notch!! We absolutely love this location and will be back next time we are in San Diego!

Small but comfortable

Our family of four had a wonderful time staying at this property. The unit is pretty small, but still feels open and comfortable. The bathroom doesn’t have any counter space so a hanging organizer came in handy. The oceanfront patio is amazing. We would stay here again for sure. The property manager was easy to communicate with and helpful with any questions we had.

Very nice, upgraded property. Location is perfect, easy to access beach and property. Smart TVs were a nice bonus in all rooms. Plenty of space, well utilized. Most kitchen things provided. If you want specific I would bring or ask for. Definitely would stay again.

Great Mission Beach location and exactly what we needed for me, wife and adult daughter college age.

Great location and accurate listing (including the forthcoming info regarding the challenging/small garage/parking situation). Super great communication from host. Only 4 star aspect was cleanliness. Had to Re wash plates / utensils before use, and patio furniture had not been cleaned between rentals. Otherwise exactly what we needed!

Wonderful location

It’s hard to beat a sunset on this deck, overlooking the ocean. One night a man walking by on the boardwalk remarked to us “gosh I wish I was standing exactly where you are! What a great spot!” It is an ideal location. The boardwalk is busy (and a little noisy sometimes) but that’s part of the charm of the area. Great restaurants within walking distance (shout out to Funky Lemon for fantastic coffees and smoothies) and the condo was super comfortable. We appreciated the blankets for bundling in the chillier hours. The parking was easy, though we avoided the garage because it was too narrow, as the hosts warned us it would be. But the parking adjacent to the building was great and always available. The bunk bed (metal frame) was a little wobbly and creaky, but it wouldn’t be a huge deal for folks who aren’t light sleepers. We would definitely return! Thank you.

Watch dolphins from the porch!

I spent 4 nights here with my best friend to celebrate my birthday and enjoyed every minute of it! We watched dolphins from the porch every day and with our binoculars, we were able to get an even closer view. It’s also right on the boardwalk and we thoroughly enjoyed seeing all the adorable dogs that walk by each day. The zoo was only a 15 minute ride and there were plenty of spots for food, souvenirs, and entertainment within walking distance. Steps to the sand where we soaked up the sun and searched for seashells and sand dollars. The host was very helpful and kind and responded very quickly when I needed help with the garbage lock. This was a perfect way to spend my birthday and I would come back here in a heartbeat!!

Good Location, Noisy Unit

Nice spot, but the unit up-dates are getting tired. Numerous small issues detracted from overall enjoyment including: -digital entry lock worked sporadically -bathroom sink stopper disconnected -bathroom light bulb burnt out -thermostat/heat not working -when it rained, it leaked onto the living room floor in a puddle -endless noise from kids in unit above at all hours, jumping / running around....no sound insulation. -sliding door to deck which provides the view is aged and getting opaque with build-up on the interior of the double glass -very noisy with party people at night on the beach, - at end of March when it wasn't warm. This needs to be expected though in this location. -BBQ is getting aged.....we would not use it. Up-side is the location and certainly endless people watching on the promenade. Also saw 3 dolphins having fun just surfing on a wave right out front. Only seen that on TV before.

Great beach getaway!

We had a great stay! The location was amazing- right in the boardwalk and close to shops and restaurants. It was wonderful to be able to relax on the patio or come grab some snacks and see my older kids on the beach the whole time. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The parking spot is tight but the tandem parking to the side of the unit had plenty of room and everyone was very courteous with communicating when needing to rearrange the cars.

Great location

Beautiful view of the ocean, loved the deck for watching people and sunset. Home was comfortable and lots of amenities. Very small car will have trouble fitting in the garage but there is parking next to the unit and friendly neighbors. Loved that owner provided beach chairs, a volleyball, boogie boards and was easy to reach with questions. Its close to Rays to rent bikes for the day and lots of great restaurants within walking distance.

Fantastic Location!

This was the perfect location with just the right amount of space! We really enjoyed be right on the ocean front. With the private patio and easy access to all the local restaurant there wasn't a need to leave too often.
