Stunning Harbor View, Old Town

Classic 1927 lower home of a duplex with panoramic Downtown & Harbor views! Home has been remodeled including kitchen and new 2nd bath added. High coved ceilings, views from almost all rooms, formal living & dining rooms. Two full baths, the newer one with double sinks and large glass door tiled shower, and the original vintage one with separate tub and shower. The two private patios offer excellent options for outdoor dining as well as beautiful sunset watching!
The space
Conventions (5 stops to Convention Center).. Please note weekends in August and September have a 3 night minimum if both Friday and Saturday are requested. For other months weekend stays we do require 2 night min.

This is an incredibly beautiful offering. The property was built in 1927 as an up/down Spanish duplex. The vacation rental is the lower unit so there are stairs going down. The space offers 2 distinct outdoor patios, one perfect for dining and the other off the kitchen, ready for BBQs, wine and sunsets. Home has been completely remodeled including central air-conditioning, fully equipped kitchen for meal preparation, and 48 inch SMART TVs. Home has WiFi access throughout and cable TV with extensive channels. We also have a direct ethernet connection should you need one. Just let us know in advance. There is also ample street parking directly in front of the property. Also provided is a gas BBQ, beach towels, tennis racquets, books and board games. Inside you will find additional tourist information for your convenience.

Our goal is to make your getaway or vacation an outstanding experience. We will try to help steer you to the best that San Diego has to offer. If there is something special you need with the rental, let us know ahead of time and we will do our absolute best to get it done! We want you to come back and stay with us so it is very important that we deliver a quality experience.
