“Clean room, ocean view of sunrise, beach access, close to everything”

“We enjoyed our stay at the location. Communication was great and location was also great. However, we did not enjoy the full cleanliness of the space. The shower had pink mildew which I ended up cleaning myself before using. The space itself had roaches and I had to purchase a can of raid from Walmart and was unable to book anywhere else at last minute, so I had to improvise. Also, we know that Puerto Rico has a water conservation issue at the moment so us running out of water was not a problem……

“We arrived very late at night and it didn’t feel like a safe area. The security guard was very helpful and friendly. When we got to the lobby, we were disappointed at how dirty and unkept it was. The condo is outdated. The dining table was full of small insects, the counter was dirty. The dryer was missing the handle and the door was filthy. The refrigerator door was dirty. There were covers on the sofas that were also dirty. Unfortunately, I stayed my first night because we arrived late……

“So dirty very very dirty nothing works at all no running water for 6 days ! They won’t even bring you a bucket for your own water I got one roll of toilet paper for 6 days and 4 people communication sucks wifi is terrible in in an old insane asylum right in the middle of the hood”

“This is the best lil hidden gem in all of San Juan! Clean, discreet, and private but with that "you are family" vibe! I met Mr. Anthony during my stay and he gave me great insight on where I should go for what I was looking for! My birthday night he recommended la placita and it was awesome! He ac is great and my apartment stayed cold (I have breathing issues so the cold air helps when it's REALLY humid) Anthony didn't mind providing an extra blanket so I'd me be more comfortable! This……

“Not the expected settings, entrance is through the bathroom. Good for a 1 person night over stay. Communication through a mediator third party page was complicated but the manager or property supervisor was very easy. Easy access to the metropolitan area but also heavy traffic. Be aware, this location does not provide any toiletries so bring all hygiene necessities including bathroom tissues.”

“Was in our room sleeping and at 3:15 in the morning another guest walked into our room. They were given the same exact PIN number to our room. We both were given the same pin to the room. It was a scary situation coming out of our sleep at 3:15 am. After the situation was taken care of we was frightened to go back to sleep.”

“Very disappointed nothing like the picture and we have to pay everyday for parking 20 or more day. Plus walk to a specific area to pay the parking.”
