The room was very small, but it did the trick. Same with the definitely wasn't a queen size (as advertised). The place is very conveniently located. However, it's in quite a noisy area. One night was very loud with one of the businesses near by working outside until at least 4am...luckily I had earplugs. I'd only stay here again if travelling alone.

I lived in SF for 15 yrs and never knew about this hotel, or at least never knew exactly what it was. There are many hotels that offer small rooms with shared toilet and shower access on the hall, but - trying not to sound too obnoxious here and probably failing - I thought they were all pretty sketch. Certainly not places I would feel safe as a female, and not places I would recommend even to a visiting backpacker. This hotel is not one of those hotels. I stayed here during southwest airlines' implosion over the holidays 2022. I was stranded in the bay area, SWA had sucked more than $900 out of my bank account for emergency replacement tickets I'd tried to buy on their app after they'd canceled my flights - tickets that did not go through, but they charged me for anyway - and I had ZERO confidence I would ever be reimbursed for hotels and expenses incurred by their incompetence. So I was looking to go as cheaply as possible. Airport hotels were minimum $90 a night. I found this one online, read the reviews and decided to give it a chance. Summary, it is exactly like one of those family-run hotels in a large city in western Europe. Clean, small rooms; perfectly safe (INSIDE the hotel, at least - outside the hotel isn't really dangerous, it's just an extremely busy downtown setting.) The international food court in the basement of Westfield center is around the corner, the Metreon cinemas are a half-block away. Perfect place to hang out in limbo for a few days. A

The Mosser is located close to the Muni/BART, shopping, and dining. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was functional but not as friendly and outgoing as we have experienced in the past. We called down for additional bath towels and were told to come down to the front desk and get them. However, it is still our favorite place to stay in San Francisco.

The staff were nice, but the hotel room was disappointing. The carpet appeared dirty, the queen bed looked to be more the size of a twin bed than a queen bed. The sink is tiny and tucked in a corner with an awkward shelf above it so that it makes it really hard to brush your teeth over it or wash your face without hitting your face on the shelf or spilling a bunch of water on the floor. The radiator is really loud too and woke us up multiple times at night; I turned it off as I’d rather be cold than have something clanking at odd hours of the night. Overall I wish I had paid a little more for a slightly better hotel room.

The property is a very nice place to stay if you just need a bed and shower for a couple days i stayed here during fan expo and it was a very convenient location for transit to places all over the city the rooms are small but again if you have plans and your gonna be out all day you really just need a place to sleep and this hotel is what i would recommend for it
