The the room with the balcony was good size and the Bed very comfortable with nice pillows. The room was very clean, but the hallway is leading to the rooms look shabby. The staff are very nice and even upgraded us to balcony. It was our anniversary. We were pleased with our stay. Great location.

It was a little on the pricey side for this type of hotel but it was in a great location, you could walk everywhere around the Wharf. So that made it better. It was clean just a little outdated. They are trying to renovate so that is a plus. If needed would stay there again just because of the location. Friendly staff as well. Had little fridge in the room would have liked better if they had microwave as well.

A little noisy but to be expected that close to a very populated area. Super convenient to the Wharf area and all it has to offer would definitely refer people to stay here if they want to experience the Wharf area and be close to everything

The location was great and parking here was cheaper the man pier parking. Room was small and bathroom stunk like cat urine. Convenient hotel for one night but not an extended stay. Room pictures definitely did not look like actual room.

The staff was great as is the location. Condition of the property is the reason for 2 stars (couldve been 1 star). They are upgrading rooms, but slowly. Our room had peeling paint on the ceiling, 40 year old faded wallpaper, only 1 open outlet. Painted things looked dirty, water would not shut off at tub. Bed was worn out. Very disappointed, especially for the price.

This hotel is very close to Pier 39, the waterfront, the trolley and public transportation. They have on site parking that is gated and well monitored for $30 a day which is a good rate for the area. The staff is very friendly and although the hotel is undergoing renovations, it is kept very clean. Restaurants and a supermarket are close by. There is homelessness in the area as there is throughout the city. You can hear your neighbors very easily. Our TV did not work properly, but they had a technician there on the last day of our stay to work on it. You are given supplies, but the rooms are not cleaned daily unless requested. They have only one old elevator and if the cleaning staff is there before you, they don’t let you on first.

It's an old motel and you basically get what you pay for. Don't waste your money on a balcony room if you're looking for a Bay view as between the Ferris wheel and the PG&E dredging operation there isn't one. Great location for walking around the Wharf and parking fee is very reasonable. Make sure your room has a portable heater and an extra blanket as the wall heaters don't work. The manager is a very nice lady and does what she can.

Older hotel, but clean enough, nice staff, go for the balcony room that looks out to the wharf. Cannot beat the location, and the fact that parking was available was everything! We would definitely stay here again just for that.

At first impressions it comes across as this is a unsafe place to stay homeless people hanging around outside from reception to the lift and hallways its run down and needs modernisation. The room was nice needs better wifi as it’s mediocre and signal comes and goes every 10 seconds .the room was ok but id say needs sound proofing as noise carriers in that building. Positive notes staff were friendly easy checkout and even arranged a taxi to the airport also this place is really close to everything nearby which was perfect for our stay. Would recommend

We actually love this hotel. It’s older and independently ran, but every staff member we encountered was incredibly helpful and super nice. It’s in the process of being remodeled so there is some construction going on, but it didn’t have any effect on our stay. If we ever make it back to San Francisco, we will definitely stay here again.
