"One of my favorite boutique hotel in San Francisco, allrooms with AC, which rare with 3.5 star hotels in SF. Could use a bigger screen TV in the room. Amazing location, probably one of the best. All in all, definitely will stay here again."

"I was in SF for a work trip. The room was fantastic. I almost did not leave! The gym was great. Location very convenient and safe. Staff was wonderful. My only criticism is that the hotel did not have room service and the restaurant, Fredericks was only open in the morning. It was a bit of a pain when I had to stop working, get changed and leave the hotel for food. There were plenty of food options within short walking distance. The hotel bar definitely made up for it though! This is my new favorite hotel for SF. Highly recommend. "

"When room doors were being closed near my room, door closing sounded like banging on my door. It startled me in my sleep several times.
Also, staff not always available when trying to buy food, pick up my baggage or get help with baggage."
