"Cozy and well-located stay with a prime view of Parque Francia. The apartment was a bit smaller than expected but had everything I needed—including a well-equipped kitchen, perfect if you feel like cooking (though you're surrounded by great restaurants). Walking distance to the Museo Nacional, Avenida Central, and Avenida 33 made exploring the city easy, and I felt safe walking alone at night thanks to visible police presence in the area. The building felt secure, and the staff were friendly....

"I have friends in the Central Valley and Guanacaste. I travel to both coasts in consideration of purchasing property. They also visit me on occasion. My primary goal for this stay was dental implants and stem cell treatment. I'm very pleased with both and the property. Comfortable bed and loved the very private patio. La dueña communicated and followed up nicely regarding minor issues. I would recommend this place without hesitation."
