She answered I don’t care about you reservation or your payment I don’t have any rooms I am not going to go back and forth and if you don’t leave I can call the police I asked to talked to a manager she said it’s no manager here today you can come back tomorrow and talk to someone this is by far is the worse customer service person I talk to ever . It’s very pathetic that you let 18 years old to run your business I have owned my business for 38 years I talked and seen tens of thousands of people a year I never seen that bad and poor customer service person anywhere. She did not want to give me her name but in the end she did her name is lani and I am sure you can find her name easily I arrive at 4/10/3026 at 9:30 pm This is just the beginning I am not going to let this just pass "

"The room smelled terrible and the front receptionist had told me that the cleaning lady had quit so she had to go clean the room. I’m glad she was up front and took initiative but it doesn’t help that once I got to the room it smelled awful. I had a spider crawling on me in bed.
