Also the young girl at the pool could be kinder to the guests. Was disappointed in Expedia/Steele hill about the reservation mixup. Hope it does not happen again! ”

“The room was clean and adequate, nothing special but fine. The bed was a bit hard but still usable. The staff were terrific, nice and helpful. The problem here was the shower, it was hard to use and unsafe. The knobs to turn on/off were tight/difficult, the water pressure too low/bad, too much water softener in the water so it was hard to shower off soap, and even with the shower option in use, half the water was still coming out through the tub nozzle directly into the tub (likely why the……
