"The property has some maintenance issues that need sorting. Carpet to bathroom and bedroom is loose. Its a curved staircase and its very dangerous. I asked about fixing it which i was told would be done by handyman. All he did was tuck it in so within a day was loose again which caused an accident. Bathroom is damp and paint and plaster is peeling off. Few other bits as well need sorting. Its a nice central place with lovely views. "We stayed for four nights during May Half Term. The flat was perfect for our needs with everything we needed for a family of four. The accommodation was clean, well equipped and we enjoyed the views from the windows. The location is fantastic being just a short walk into town and the beach. We always found a parking spot nearby but sometimes it took a little while for one to become available. Communication from Kerry was fantastic, thank you for a wonderful stay."

"A very smart apartment in an historic mill. Beds were comfortable. The tv signal was poor but streaming apps were better. The kitchen was well equipped with high end appliances.
