“A compact newly refurnished apartment on one level, but a steep step to get inside the front door and another steep step along the passageway. Entry is by getting the code to the keybox and this was not given by email until we were on our way! Good job I had internet, some don't! Property was clean (ish), some damage to carpets and stains on walls, but nothing untoward. Minimalist and bright with one of those complicated TV's. Superb kitchen, which we never used, but the fridge was a bit……

“We booked a short break to Whitby but when we got there we could not get into the property or contact the host. We ended up with no where to stay. It was a nightmare, and although we were refunded our money, I feel we are due some compensation for a wasted journey and spoiled weekend ”

“Very nice apartment convenient for local attractions. Walking distance of Whalebone Arch. If, like me, you don’t have a var, it's within walkin distance of supermarket, local tourist bus which goes to all local attractions, including the Abbey. “Very clean apartment and in the centre of Whitby, making it easily accessible to all the sightseeing. Would recommend!”

“The location was perfect, generally clean and modern property. There was a bit of an odour, not sure if former smoker or recent cooking, but a few candles or room freshers is just needed and the bathroom door was not working and reported it, they said had been reported before us but could not get the parts… had to move to the lounge at times for privacy reasons . Over all good stay and as needed ”
