“For what my wife and I were looking for, it was excellent. We wanted a good base to live out of and do our own thing. We rented a car and wanted a property that had good location, parking and a comfortable apartment style living arrangement which we got. My pool was an added lovely bonus and the staff were very accommodating/helpful. Our only complaint is that places like this where we have stayed elsewhere often provide some simple things to help with cooking etc. For example, salt and……

Our recent stay here was genuinely lovely, largely thanks to the fantastic staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire trip. The accommodation was excellent, the food was great, and the amenities were generally very good. If you are travelling with family, the kids' club is absolutely fantastic. If you like to work out while away, be aware that the fitness/gym facility is quite poor. The space is……

“Clean room. Staff were great but the food was terrible. Bad changes since Marriott have taken over (6th visit). Careful if you book a suite because the pictures do not match and you will likely get a twin with no sofa.”

“The room was clean. However it was advertised tbat there was tea/coffee available- there was not. Also basic items were missing -- no shampoo, no hairdryer, no kleenex. Only sheets on bed. Air conditioning in bedroom only.”

“We booked last minute due to a flight cancellation, the owner and onsite property manager were lovely to deal with and accomodated us. We were given clean sheets and 2 towels and the bed was made. It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not. The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper. The outside area was very nice, the inside area is like a very rustic old north american cottage. Very old gas……

“I had a very sweet room with a lovely outdoor veranda, but it didn’t feel very secure. The staff were helpful and charming but there was a snafu with my transfer from the airport. I didn’t appreciate being told to “take a little walk to reception” to cancel my brunch reservation when I was jet-lagged and still in bed. The rum punch was delicious. ”

“Staff were welcoming enough but generally indifferent, little real rapport, interaction or interest in the customer. Food; very poor, hygiene questionable with pidgeons hopping from table to table in the open areas. Pool was reasonable but all the sun beds were ‘taken’ by 08.30hrs. Cramped. ”
