“The staff at the house were great. They joyed my stay as my only complaint is the all inclusive does not include food accessible after 9:30pm. Really isn’t all inclusive like other resorts that make sure you are accommodated with access to food and snacks 24/7.”

“The major problem of this hotel is the rudeness of the staff. We were told rude things, ignored, cut off from talking, had eyes rolled at us, etc. Nobody offers to help around this place. Most of the workers should not be in the service industry!! Food selection and taste waa absolutely horrible. One night we did not eat anything offered on the menu and waitress had a major attitude problem because we asked if we could see the kids menu or eat something else. The hotel is also very rundown. “South Point resort is very nice, but it is far from the calming beaches and activities in Barbados. They don’t offer complementary shuttle service to the beaches or airport thus far each taxi or Uber is 30 US dollars per Way. If this hotel is in a different location, it will be every bit of a five.
