“Upon arrival to Motel 6 I was informed the room I had paid for through hotels.com wasn’t available so they charged me again for a room that was so disgusting I left and went to another hotel. The room had a posted sign that said no smoking but reeked of cigarettes, dead cockroaches on the floor, I was given the key to a room that had someone in it already, do not go to this motel 6.”

“They fsiled to inform me that they were having issue with insects… throughout the property until I demanded a refund… I had to hang my bags up in the closet..”

“Lot of people smoking weed here. Staff at least opens up the doors so the breeze can air it out. Maintenance workers probably need some training. Lots of things installed wrong like the shower curtain and just not functioning properly like the door that rubs the frame when closed to the drains that gurgles or doesn’t drain. The building is old though. Can be loud on the weekends with people partying but at least did quiet down about 10 so wasn’t terrible. Weekdays it was quiet”

“I checked into this hotel last night and was bitten by bedbugs. I reported it to the front desk this morning and left photos of the evidence, the dead bedbugs, and a message for the manager. My skin is still red, swollen, and itchy. The hotel has yet to offer any explanation.”
