Housekeeping never seem to receive a call, we had to call the reception every time we needed something and sometimes the staff never arrived. There was a leaky lamp in the bathroom that continuously dripped water. We brought it to the attention of the staff, however, nothing was done at all to address it. “My stay with Michael and his family was wonderful. They accommodated my late arrival graciously and made me feel at home, even though I'd clearly woken Dennis up with my lateness.
