“Julian was a great host, sincerely accommodating and attentive whenever we reached out. We appreciated that the bed had a memory foam topper making it comfortable for a 5 night stay. “Condo has a very convenient quiet location with the River Walk and downtown restaurants nearby and parking in front of its door. It was very clean with a like new modern decor. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils, and spices. The bed was comfortable. Altogether a great experience.”

“Location was great for what we needed for proximity. Yet kind of a sketchy neighborhood. The mouldings, cobwebs, and stains were unacceptable. Hadn't been cleaned in a long time The coffee pot was covered in long white cat hair and the closet it came out of has many types of hair in it. The bed was super comfortable. Just clean it and caulk up the mouldings. Way overpriced for the condition it was in.”
