Nicely located close to everything. Super clean and well kept. Don’t take room #1 if you don’t appreciate noise from the street.

Building was old, but they have modernized and updated the rooms to make them nice. A bit pricey for what you get, however, you are in Santa Barbara.

The room was clean and neat, and the pool was nice. We liked the little welcome package from the front desk on check-in and appreciate that they have coffee in the mornings, even though we didn’t take advantage. Check in and check out we’re easy and the hotel is very conveniently located in Santa Barbara.

I really enjoyed this hotel. I was traveling alone and it was well lit and had attentive, kind staff members available at all times of the night. They hands-down had the best free breakfast of any hotel. It was really well stocked and everything was fresh and hot. The automatic pancake maker was super cool, as well. My impression is that it is owned by a family that takes really good care of it. There is an adorable child’s drawing hung in the elevator behind plastic. They have their own parking garages. The beds were really comfortable, the water was hot and the air-conditioning was cool. I would stay here again.
