"This place is perfect"

"The room was too small for a king size bed. It was difficult for two people with luggage. I could only estimate, but I don't think there was more than 10 inches to the wall on my side of the bed. Further, it was not disclosed in the hotel description that there was a charge of $45,00 per day for parking. We parked at the train station close by for $10.00."

"We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of driving. The property features scenic landscaping, and our room was clean. The included breakfast offered a nice variety, and the attendant was wonderfully enthusiastic, doing a fantastic job of orienting us to the options. However, we had two issues during our stay. First, room #147 is located near the outside gate and the building's glass entrance, meaning we heard guests coming and going at all hours as the metal and glass doors shut. Second, the toilet tank made an intermittent loud noise due to a leaky flapper repeatedly topping itself off. I had intended on reporting this issue at checkout but the front desk agent was on the phone as I dropped off the key. We’d definitely stay here again, but we would make sure we weren’t near the outside doors, the ice machine or elevators, since the walls seemed to be thin."

"Casa Riviera is a great place to make your home while traveling to Santa Barbara. Our group stayed in a king room with a kitchenette and great views of the mountain. We also reserved one of the two bedroom apartments and enjoyed the use of the well stocked kitchen and having a living room to relax in. The location is terrific - very walkable to State street, the train station and all the surrounding shops. The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. They are filled with thoughtful amenities to make your stay comfortable. Checkin and out was very easy and management was very quick with communication. Would highly recommend Casa Riviera to anyone visiting Santa Barbara."
